Cancellation Policy

We welcome and currently accepting new patients. Green Meadows Dental accepts all PPO Dental insurance plans to meet your Dental care needs.

Our Goal is to provide superior dental care to patients in the surrounding Chicago-land area. To do so, we ask that patients adhere to our cancellation policy. The Cancellation policy will help us manage our daily schedule and provide available appointments for our patients needing Dental Care.

48-Business Hours Appointment Cancellation Policy

Green Meadows Dental has a 48-Business Hours cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with less than 48 Business hours’ notice, there will be a $50 charge for preventive care appointments. There will be a $100 charge for major restorative appointments such as Crowns, Root canal, Extractions, Implants, and Ortho.

The time you booked is reserved especially for you. We do not Double Book our appointments at Green Meadows Dental as we believe your time is just as important as the office time. Therefore, if you don’t provide enough notice to the cancelled appointments, it will make if difficult for us to provide Dental care for other patients who would need the time. We ask that if you make any appointment, please let us know right away if you are not able to come due to work, family events, and etc but no later than 48-Business hours.

After the third cancellation with less than 48-Business hours notice within a year, we ask that all balances have to be paid and future appointments to be prepaid before we can provide availability to the next appointment time.
